How it Works?
Step 1
Free Property Analysis
We conduct a personal assessment of your home’s property appraisal. We’ll do all the work for you, from filling out legal forms, and researching your case, to making a compelling argument at the hearing. Live out of town or too busy to visit us? We can complete the entire process remotely. You just take photos of your property and submit them to us online (or we can take photos for you for only $100 extra).
Step 2
Sign & Approve Forms
Once we determine that you have a good case for a property protest hearing, we’ll ask you to complete a few forms giving us the information we need to research your case. You’ll also give us permission to represent you. We’ll use this initial information to compile the best evidence for your tax reduction.
Step 3
Represent You at Hearing
We’ll prepare evidence and documentation to support your tax reduction. At the protest hearing, we’ll negotiate your property taxes on your behalf. Missing time at work will not be required, as we’ll take care of every detail. Remember to contact us before May 15 so we can file before the deadline!
Why Protest Now?
Property tax rates EXPLODED for the 2022 property tax season – some properties have risen 28%. Protest your property taxes now and the benefits will likely last for years.
Is there a deadline?
YES! The deadline is fast approaching! The deadline to file a property tax protest is May 15th, or 30 days after a Notice of Appraised Value was mailed to you, whichever is later.
Will I have to go
to court?
No. We represent you at the Property Tax Protest Hearing so you won’t have to miss work or family time. In some cases, you won’t even have to visit our office.
Will my house be
inspected?
No. Your house is evaluated primarily through neighborhood comparables and your supporting visual images. And, for only an additional $100, we can send a staff member to take pics of the condition of your property.
Why hire our firm?
Our tax advocate is both a licensed attorney and real estate broker providing both expertise, value, and two decades of experience. Our team makes the best possible case for reducing your home’s taxes. Plus, it’s risk-free – we lower your property taxes or your money back.
Will my house value
decrease?
NO! This is a common misconception. Your home’s worth is driven by market demand and comparable sales in your neighborhood – not the tax appraised value.
